Khurram Faraz is a man with meticulous self-discipline and attention to detail. He has over 8 years of experience in the brokerage operations with particular focus on business development and institutional sales. He was the Chief operating officer at Karachi based brokerage firm Khurram holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from University of Wollongong, Australia.
Mr. Abdul Basit is a seasoned capital market professional, having a hands-on experience in almost every function of a brokerage operation. He has been associated with Trust Securities and Brokerage Limited since 1994 and started his career in the company as a Settlement Manager. In his ongoing tenure of over 24 years, he has worked in various capacities as Company Secretary, General Manager and in 2010 he was elected as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is well versed in Corporate, Business, and Company Laws, SECP Rules & Regulations, and CDC/NCCPL Regulations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Punjab and serves as an active and contributing member of the Institute of Financial Markets.
Mr. Khizer Hayat Farooq has over four years of experience in financial markets. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Computing and Information Technology in 2005 from Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology with an accredited degree from Staffordshire University U.K, Mr. Farooq started his career as Import/Procurement Manager with M/s. TONII Pakistan. In the year 2012, he founded his firm M/s. SNAP A DEAL offering unmatched services in the Travel Sector. Over the number of years, the firm has made its presence known in the corporate sectors with 100% satisfied clients. Over the years, Mr.Farooq with diverse experience in multiple departments of a brokerage operation enabled himself in achieving excellence in sales operations. With a great team, Mr. Farooq has managed to increase the clientele through his strong work ethic and commitment to delivering top-notch client services.
Mr. Muhammad Ashraf has over twenty-seven years of working experience in different capacities, in public and the private sector. In the year 1984, he graduated from the University of Sindh. He started his career as an Office Assistant in the Karachi Electric Supply Corporation and worked there for over two decades. During his over two-decade-long tenure at K-Electric, he was majorly responsible for the planning, coordination and liaison activities with various department heads, ensuring that all the operational departmental needs were met to the fullest. By the virtue of his extensive experience in administrative affairs, he was promoted to Manager Admin in a quick succession. As Manager Admin, he was majorly responsible for the overall administrative work, inspection and approval of client account opening forms, procurement, record maintenance and matters pertaining to Human Resources. He was promoted as a Compliance Officer in the year 2016.
Junaid S. Ahmed, is a seasoned global professional and an entrepreneur by choice with an exceptional academic credentials. Junaid did his bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the United States of America. He holds a dual discipline Master’s degree in Management Science and Operational Research from the United Kingdom. His appetite to keep up the pace with the changing global academic and corporate trends lured him into an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the United Kingdom. Junaid’s adventurous career initiated in the realm of Finance and Strategy at British Petroleum’s Headquarters located in London. He got the knack of the corporate world at a very early stage in his career. After a few years of exposure to international finance and strategy at British Petroleum, he decided to venture into a journey of exploring global businesses. Since 2009, Junaid has been phenomenally involved with various Agro Businesses in Middle East and Pakistan. His entrepreneurial spirit got him into Project Management Consultancy and a joint venture in a Corporate Finance Advisory Boutique.
Mr. Talha Razi started his career as an Assistant Insurance Manager. After that, he joined ICI Pakistan Limited as Sales Admin Manager where he was responsible for the production department’s transport, logistics, supply, production schedule and customer support. He also played a pivotal role in improving the Standard Operating and Technical Procedures for the warehouse. After proving his mettle at ICI, Talha joined Ashfaq Ashraf Securities (Pvt.) Limited as Manager Finance. He has also worked with MRA Securities (Pvt.) Limited as a Branch Manager. Talha holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Karachi and a Masters in Business Administration from PAF-KIET University.
